Housing Development Administration assigned Aksaray 1620 shops, infrastructure and environmental planning construction work to Çakır İnşaat.

TOKI once again showed confidence in Çakır İnşaat on its projects. The Industrial Site Urban Transformation Project tender, which is of great importance for industrial artisans and Aksaray, has been held in the Istanbul Service Building of Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration. Çakır İnşaat has won Housing Development Administration Aksaray 1620 shops, infrastructure and environmental planning construction work.

Stage 1 of construction of 300-Bed State Hospital located in Karabuk Sirinevleris still completed.

Stage 1 of construction of 300-Bed State Hospital, which islocated in Karabuk Sirinevlerand foundation of which was laid in July, 2010, is still completed.

The project, which takes place among 5 top projects in Turkey in terms of size, is still completed prior to the prescribed time even under adverse weathers. In the project, upon completion of interior installation and furnishing works, destruction of the 2nd outpatient clinic building shall be started and minimum energyconsumption is intended based on the energy efficiency.
